Painted mostly in Hampshire and the New Forest. Well known for his wooded scenes with gypsies and rustic figures and animals. He exhibited alot of paintings in major London galleries inclusing six at the London Academy. His work is currently represented at the Tate gallery, Victoria and Albert museum, Arundel Castle, The Fitzwilliam museum, Manchester City art gallery amongst many others.51 x 61 cms
